Check closely the below items before purchasing this doorbell, I found out the hard way that my internet download speed was not sufficient enough to keep the doorbell online.
1. Do a speed test on your Internet Service Provider, you need a minimum download of 1.00 megs.
2. Check your doorbell transformer, it needs to be at least 16 volts. It took me a couple days to find mine in the crawl space of my home.
